Terms of Use
Use Bazaarius lawfully, protect the accounts and data you connect, review every generated asset, and stay in control of optional browser analytics.
Last updated August 31, 2026Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use apply to the Bazaarius website and its installed or offline web experience (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Bazaarius helps prepare Microsoft commercial marketplace content, deployment assets, estimates, and submission workflows. It is not Microsoft Partner Center, does not replace Microsoft documentation or policy, and does not guarantee that an offer, deployment, estimate, or submission will be accepted or succeed.
Lawful and authorized use
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, organizational policies, and Microsoft service terms. Only connect accounts, tenants, subscriptions, publisher profiles, endpoints, files, and other resources that you have permission to access.
Only provide prompts, documents, images, packages, listing details, and other content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, notices, and consents.
AI-assisted content and your responsibility
AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or inconsistent with current marketplace requirements. You remain responsible for every prompt, configuration, estimate, generated file, listing statement, and downstream use of the output.
Review and validate all output before publishing, submitting, deploying, sharing, or relying on it. Confirm technical accuracy, pricing, availability, legal rights, security, accessibility, and compliance with current Partner Center and Azure Marketplace requirements.
Accounts, credentials, and data
Protect credentials, access tokens, publisher identifiers, subscription details, and customer or partner information. Do not provide secrets or regulated, sensitive, personal, or confidential data unless you are authorized to do so and the destination service is approved for that data.
The installed web experience can retain application data in browser storage for offline use. Anyone with access to that browser profile or device may be able to access locally retained data. Use an appropriately secured device and clear site data when it is no longer needed.
Prohibited use
You must not use, attempt to use, or help another person use the Services to:
- Access or modify an account, tenant, subscription, publisher profile, offer, or system without authorization.
- Commit or facilitate fraud, deception, abuse, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct.
- Upload malware, steal credentials, evade security controls, disrupt services, or bypass provider restrictions and rate limits.
- Violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
- Misrepresent generated content, certifications, capabilities, pricing, customer evidence, or marketplace eligibility.
Third-party services and marketplace actions
The Services can interact with Microsoft and other third-party services. Their terms, acceptable-use policies, quotas, availability, billing, data handling, and restrictions also apply and may be more restrictive than these terms.
Some actions can create or change cloud resources, marketplace offers, listings, plans, packages, or preview submissions. Review the target account, payload, permissions, costs, and consequences before confirming an action. You are responsible for charges and changes made through accounts you connect.
Browser analytics and operational telemetry
Browser analytics are off until you choose Allow analytics. If allowed, Bazaarius uses Microsoft Azure Application Insights to measure pseudonymous page views, sessions, feature names and outcomes, reliability, performance, and coarse city, state, and country or region information. Application Insights derives geography during ingestion and masks the stored client IP address.
Browser telemetry does not intentionally collect prompts, uploaded documents, images or packages, generated listing content, credentials, authorization headers, request or response bodies, publisher identifiers, or URL query strings. Dynamic and external request paths are reduced to fixed, non-identifying routes.
Declining prevents the browser telemetry SDK from starting. Changing an allowed preference to declined disables and unloads the SDK, removes Bazaarius analytics cookies and buffers, and clears queued offline telemetry. This preference does not disable essential application storage or sanitized server-side operational telemetry required to serve, secure, and troubleshoot requests.

This choice is stored only in this browser. You can change it here at any time.
Availability, enforcement, and changes
The Services are provided on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or stop without notice. Access may be limited or terminated when use is suspected to violate these terms, provider requirements, organizational policy, or applicable law.
These terms may be updated as the Services and legal requirements evolve. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. These terms describe responsible use and are not legal advice; you are responsible for determining which laws, policies, contracts, and professional obligations apply to your use.
